D-GUY reco (2 Chefs)

this eatery need no introduction, went there for e first time back in 2008. jus went there w/ my baby 2 days ago, place still packed w/ ppl...  ;)

moments after this pic taken, place gets crowded. thank god i reached early.

my baby as always not fussy w/ food and allow me to choose whichever i want, we decide on e following:

芙容蛋 ($8 for small portion). soft texture, melts instantly in your mouth... keeps you wanting more..  lol!

the talked-about butter ribs ($8)... same thing as above... makes u wanting for more!!! the butter-powder not done excessively but blends well wif e ribs so you not be just eating the powder but having e best of both.  =)

cannot remember the dish-name but is a type of spinach dish ($5), and e selling point: e century egg and the sauce/gravy. e aroma from e century egg brings out e otherwise so-so taste of e dish, gravy not done too watery or too thick, jus nice to goes well w/ rice.  ;)

not staying around the area prove to be a challenge gettin to e place. nearest train station (Commonwealth) and then walk across the running track next to it, climb up the stairs... turn left at e top of e stairs and start walking until u see a carpark and a group of 2 story blocks comprising blk 116/117/118.

address: 116 Commonwealth Cresent.

as i walked out from the main rd, i realized Queensway was nearby and service number 855 from Yishun goes by there. 961 from Bt Panjang where my baby lives also plies e same route...  =)

bus-stop alight is e bus-stop just before the McDonalds ride-out garden.
